How often does a standard portaloo need servicing?
Weekly servicing is standard for ongoing hires. We empty, clean, and restock consumables on a fixed weekly round. For high-use sites, twice-weekly servicing is available — add it when you request your quote.
What's the minimum hire period?
One week is our minimum standard hire period. Weekend-only hire (Friday to Monday) is available at a separate rate for one-off events rather than ongoing site use.
Do you deliver to construction sites with restricted access?
Yes. Tell us about access constraints — narrow gates, uneven ground, no vehicle access to the exact spot — when you submit your quote request, and we'll confirm placement before delivery day.
Can I hire more than one unit at a reduced rate?
Yes. Multi-unit orders on the same site get a per-unit discount. Enter your required quantity on the quote form and the reduced rate is calculated automatically.
