Next-day delivery is standard in our coverage area. Order before 2pm and your unit arrives the next working day. However, we can sometimes drop off the same day for urgent jobs. Ask in your quote request and we reply within 30 minutes.

For standard portaloo or event hire, 2-3 working days' notice is enough. Book luxury toilet trailers 3-4 weeks ahead for peak summer weekends (May-September), because stock runs low and weekends sell out first. We can usually set up construction site accounts with weekly hire within 48 hours.

We service weekly hire units once a week as standard. We empty the waste tank, add fresh chemical, restock paper and hand sanitiser, and clean the unit. However, event and weekend hires arrive clean and ready. We only service them if the hire runs beyond 3 days. You can add extra service visits at any point for £25-35 per visit.

Call-out servicing is available within 24 hours across our coverage area, and faster in most areas. Use our online quote form with your site details. We schedule a crew and confirm within 30 minutes (Mon-Sat). An urgent request carries no penalty, although we charge the standard call-out rate outside your included weekly visit.

You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before your drop-off date. Inside 48 hours, a £35 redeployment fee applies, because we have already booked the crew and vehicle. You can end weekly hire with 7 days' notice, with no long-term lock-in.

Yes. We carry public liability cover up to £5 million, and all our crews have full insurance. Certificates are available on request. That helps, since your site or venue may need proof of cover for its own insurance file.

Weekend event hire runs from Friday drop-off to Monday collection, at a single weekend rate. Construction and long-term hire has a minimum term of 4 weeks, billed weekly from £25/week. Shorter one-off hires are possible on request, so ask when you get your quote.

While weekend rates cover Friday-to-Monday event hire, weekly rates suit ongoing construction or long-term site use. A standard portable toilet costs about £45-75 for a weekend. Weekly rates run from £25-35/week per standard unit, billed on a rolling basis with servicing included. They work out cheaper per day for hires longer than 10 days.

Each quote includes delivery, collection and the first fill of chemical and paper. We add no separate charge for drop-off. Weekly hires include one service visit per week. However, extra call-outs and damage beyond fair wear and tear cost more. We show all pricing up front on our site, so we do not gate rates behind a quote form.

We deliver across our core coverage area with guaranteed next-day service. However, outside that area we can often still help through our partner network. Use our online quote form with your postcode. We will confirm coverage and lead time within 30 minutes.

Yes. Because our disabled-access unit has a wider door, grab rails and floor space for wheelchair turning, it meets Part M accessibility requirements. It costs £65-95 for a weekend or £35-45/week for longer hire. We can bring it with standard units on the same job.

Yes. Luxury and VIP trailers need a standard 240V mains hook-up within 25 metres of the pitch. It runs the lighting, heating, and the flush and pump system. No mains on site? We can supply a quiet generator for an additional fee. Flag this when you request your quote, because we need to bring the right kit.

A 1+1 luxury trailer (one ladies, one gents cubicle) starts from £350-450 per weekend. Larger trailers for bigger guest counts, in 2+1 or 3+1 layouts, run £550-895 per weekend. The price depends on trailer size, hire length and site access. However, we always bring, plumb in and collect the trailer as part of the price.

Event and weekend hire needs full payment at booking to secure your date. We invoice construction and weekly-account hire weekly or monthly in arrears. Payment falls due within 14 days. However, we may ask new commercial accounts for a first-invoice deposit. Established accounts move to standard terms after the first job.

Standard portaloo and weekly construction hire has no deposit, although we bill you for damage beyond fair wear and tear. Luxury toilet trailers need a refundable £150-250 damage deposit, taken at booking. We return it within 5 working days of collection. The unit must come back clean and free of damage.

Yes, at any point. Use our online quote form with your site reference. Tell us what you need added or extended. Extra standard units can usually arrive the next working day. Because extensions continue at your existing weekly or per-unit rate, there is no rebooking fee.
